The Giants Basketball Club is serious about providing an enjoyable basketball environment for the players, parents and volunteers, such as the coaches, managers and club committee members. The behaviour of all participants at training sessions and games affects everyone. Unfortunately no more so than negative behaviour. The Club uses commercial facilities, school facilities and the playing venues such as HBF Arena, Craigie Leisure Centre and St Stephens High School. The club members’ behaviour in and around these facilities reflects upon the club. Club members means the players, parents/guardians and siblings, coaches, managers and any other volunteer.
All Coaches (inc Managers) and Parents are expected to have read and agreed to the Coaches Code of Conduct
All Parents/Guardians are required to have read and agreed to Parents Code of Conduct
All Parents/Guardians of Players are required to ensure their Players read or have read to the Players Code of Conduct. When registering a player online, parents are expected to acknowledge the player understands the contents before proceeding with the registration.
