About Giants Basketball Club

Giants Basketball Club competes in the Wanneroo Basketball Association (WBA), a leading domestic competition in Northern Perth. Our club is run entirely by volunteers and built on teamwork, hard work, resilience, inclusiveness, respect, accountability, and fair sportsmanship.

Competition days

• Mondays: U18 Boys
• Fridays: U16 & U18
• Saturdays: U8–U16
  Games are played at WBA-arranged venues.

Each team is required to have a coach and manager, and trains once a week at various locations and time slots.

We are proud of our history of developing strong players, including NBL1 and WABL athletes. We encourage domestic players who want to advance to trial for the Joondalup Wolves WABL program. WABL games are played Sundays across metro clubs from Bunbury to Joondalup and Kalamunda.

Our mission is simple: help players have fun, grow their skills, and feel a strong sense of belonging and community.

Giants’ mission above all is to encourage players to have fun, to develop and aim to master their basketball fundamental skills and promote our Giants families sense of club belonging and community .
